“Yes, the ladies are heading to the house. They need a little work before the dance.”
“Yeah come, we plan on taking our time,” Harry said. “We are taking the long way back.”
When the girls arrived at the house, they found each bed covered with packages. Each wrapped in white shiny paper and large bows of every color.
“Miss Emily! What have you done!” the girls where squealing with delight.
“Do you really think I would let you get out of here without having some fun? Open, Open.”
They opened, they gasped and giggled as the contents of each was revealed.
New everything, dresses, under things, matching socks, combs and brushes, bottles of perfume, small beaded purses, compacts, lipstick, soaps, bubble baths, face creams, shampoo, hair ribbons and even matching evening shoes for the dance. It was like Christmas. Wrapping paper and tissue paper everywhere.
As everything was just about opened, Emily looked at Molly, she had tears running down her face. Holding her new dress.
“This is so beautiful,” she held the dress to her face.
“Don’t cry,” Kimberly said.
“I have never had anything like this.”
