Diet Pizza

Last year my football post was all about 
PIZZA on the Grill and this year....
It's diet pizza.... What a difference
 a year makes????
HERE's the Grilled Pizza post too !

Below is "All About ME" update 

Diet Pizza This is a REALLY good one 
and easy to make, I had to find something, because I was missing pizza so much.




The SECRET is Corn Tortillas(one shell 100 calories)

Place the Tortillas under the broiler and they will get a bit crispy, some will bubble up, that's OK, pop the bubble and I like them just crisp NOT brown, turn and do the other side too. 

Add what ever you like, I'm a bit of:
Pizza Sauce (just cover shell)
Spinach
Onions
Olives
Pepperoni
Skim-low fat Mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup 80 calories)
I added a pit more, I needed dairy this day

Toppings on Husbands

Flour shells will work too (110 calories per shell)


Bake at 350 (F) for 10- 15 minutes
Cut and serve, One-two pizza's per person
I know the cheese, but......

I eat one pizza and green salad ! 
(pizza about 310 calories)
VERY GOOD

Calorie counts are from the packages/products that I used, 
check your ingredients for calorie numbers


All About Me ! 

Weights coming off??? - I've been to one coaching session, it was about goals, all my health numbers and telling me what I already knew, move, don't eat and write everything you do eat down. I HATE writing it down, 
thinking way to much about food here. I'm exercising, bike and treadmill. Strange parts of my body hurt at times. NO soda/pop for 15 days ! ! 
I love water, I love water ! 
So, I figured a way to make something FUN about all this  for me, 
I'm redoing recipes !

    I am new to your website, and just purchased one of your eBooks (53 Quilt Block Patterns). I am puzzled about the construction methods for two of the blocks in it that I want to sew. I couldn't find any way to contact you, other than through Comments.
    My questions are about Block 30 (how to do the green and white "stem") and Block 34 (how to do the center unit). I would so appreciate if you can please clarify these parts. Thanks!
