Merry Christmas
MY GIFT TO YOU !
Our Master Bedroom has been an on GOING project. I needed hand quilt for group and here's the pattern for Black and White Log Cabin Pillows with Red Edging.
I saw a binding/edging on Pinterest (MINE) and decided to do it.
I'll probably not do it again.
But, it does look GREAT, but I hand stitch down and it took a bit of time.

I hand quilted mine just following the lines on the fabric
I didn't back it I used just the batting and quilted.
Red edge, As Binding as you would for a finished quilt. Add it to the pillow top and ONLY batting.
NO backing HOW I do Binding Tutorial is HERE
Binding Done
Lay backing down bad side up, lay quilt top, with binding side up and sew around 3 sides and 4 corners
Sewing just inside of the binding stitches.
Stuff the pillow and quick stitch the one side closed.
As with a quilt, cover the raw edges and hand stitch down.
this will take a bit, the pillow is hard to hold and stitch. But....worth it !
Pin and hand stitch
Edge from the front
I'm painted our head board will show soon...
I'm just about done with this room !
