This Quilt is about ME !

I'm home and having a time adjusting to being back in Nebraska.
This trip to Florida was wonderful
and a bit life changing. I'll share more about that later

I've started a new project, and it's all about ME !
RED and WHITE Quilt

Went through the boxes of red

Made a trip to Hobby Lobby (I need to buy stock in that company)
or start designing fabric for them. WOW, now that's a goal.....

No plan just pieced squares together

I love the way it does this under my machine when I chain piece.

9-Patches

I cut so many squares did a pieced borders on each block.

Dining Room Table Finished

We have a dining room table,
it made it back into the house !

We've let it sit here for just over a week and not used it.

It's great to have a back, it was not hard to do this project, but I'd check the weather before starting one again or make sure you are not in a hurry. I had a house full of company and we all did a very good job eating on our laps.

My $1.50 candelabra from goodwill, LED lights and a
little quilt make up the center piece.

The Table has NOT been forgotten....

It just won't dry !

It's only..... been in the 90's here and humid.

It's done and every day a bit dryer.  The top is perfect and dry.
The edge, just under the top, not so much, it's tacky and just not dry.

We've lived without it, plus Husband is loving eating in front of the television, something I had to let him do, it's been weeks.

It just needs to dry.
